SUBJECT: TOYOTA WARRANTY CLAIM CHANGES USING THE TDN SYSTEM


In response to requests by Toyota dealership personnel, the TMS Warranty Department is pleased to provide a copy of "Warranty Claim Changes" video to all dealers. The video is the fourth in a series of videos designed to provide information on important topics and procedures required to successfully administer warranty repairs and reimbursements at the dealership.

The video and accompanying print supplement provide a step-by-step explanation of making corrections via the TDN system to claims in dealer effor status. Viewing of the video by the warranty administrator and service department personnel will explain the importance of timely warranty claim corrections to dealership reimbursements and profitability.
