SUBJECT: 1991 TOYOTA FLAT RATE MANUAL


Now available is a copy of the 1991 Toyota Flat Rate Manual. This flat rate manual contains operation codes and labor times for submission of warranty claims for 1991 model year vehicles. The flat rate operation codes for model years prior to 1991 must be obtained from the flat rate manual for the corresponding year.



Please note that operation code 120012 (engine overhaul) may only be used if ALL required procedures listed on page A-13 have been performed. Please also note that operation code 420018 (tire rotation) is listed for your information only and is NOT covered under warranty.

The adjustment operations listed below and shown in the 1991 Flat Rate Manual are FOR YOUR INFORMATION ONLY. The operations are dealer responsibility as part of PDS or owner responsibility as part of normal maintenance.
