SUBJECT: ORIGINAL PART NUMBERS FOR RUNNING BOARD END CAPS


To assist Toyota in product evaluation of 4Runner running board end caps, TMS Warranty would like to remind dealers of the following guidelines when submitting claims for repair/replacement of running board end caps.

^ ORIGINAL PART NUMBER: Use original part number (OPN) from the part removed from the vehicle. The part number is stamped on the interior portion of each end cap.

^ REPLACEMENT PART NUMBER: Use the part number from the new part installed on the vehicle. The OPN and replacement part numbers may not always be identical.
