Vehicles W/Leaf Springs

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Disconnect driveshaft at companion flange and secure it to vehicle using wire.
3. Remove wheels and brake drums. Then rear anti-lock speed sensor, if equipped.
4. Support axle housing with floor jack.
5. Disconnect brake lines, cables and vents from axle housing.
6. Disconnect shock absorbers and leaf spring U-bolts from axle housing.
7. Remove leaf spring I-bolts and remove leaf springs from vehicle.
8. Remove axle housing from vehicle.
9. Reverse procedure to install.
