1. Inspect low speed motor operation as follows:
a. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 1 and negative to terminal 3, Fig. 47.
b. Ensure motor turns clockwise.
c. Reverse polarity, ensure motor turn counterclockwise.
d. If operation is not as indicated, replace motor.
2. Inspect motor continuity as follows:
a. Connect battery positive lead to terminal 3 and negative to terminal 1, inspect continuity between terminals, Fig. 48.
b. If continuity is not as indicated, replace motor.
