Thermal Vacuum Switching Valve

1. Drain coolant, then remove valve.
2. Cool valve to below specified temperature.
3. Ensure air flows from specified pipes.
4. Heat valve to between 63 and 122°F.
5. Ensure air flows from pipe specified pipes.
6. Heat valve to specified temperature.
7. Ensure air flows from specified pipes.
8. If air flow is not as described, replace valve.
9. Apply suitable sealer to valve threads and install valve.
10. Fill radiator with coolant.
