Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLE WHEEL CYLINDER
Remove the following parts from the wheel cylinder.



- Two boots
- Two pistons
- Two piston cups
- Spring

Inspect the disassembled parts for wear, rust or damage.

ASSEMBLE WHEEL CYLINDER
- Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to the cups and pistons as shown.
- Assemble the wheel cylinder.

NOTE: Install in proper direction only.
