Valve Cover: Service and Repair

REMOVE CYLINDER HEAD COVER
1. Remove the 10 seal washers. head cover and 2 gaskets.






2. INSTALL CYLINDER HEAD COVER






(a) Apply seal packing to the cylinder head as shown the illustration. Seal packing: Part No.08828-00080 or equivalent
(b) Install the 2 gaskets to the head cover.
(c) Install the head cover with the 10 seal washers and screws. Uniformly tighten the screw in several passes. Torque: 6 N.m (60 kgf.cm, 50 in.Ibf)
