Intercooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL:

1. Disconnect the two air inlet/outlet hose clamps.
2. Remove the four mounting bolts.

Intercooler And Air Pipes:

3. Lift the Intercooler, and slide it off the air hoses.
4. Remove the Intercooler from the engine compartment.

INSTALLATION:

1. Lower the Intercooler onto the mounting brackets, while sliding the air inlet/outlet hoses onto their fittings.
2. Install four mounting bolts.
3. Slide air hose clamps into place and tighten.
