Corrective Action:

STEP
1) Verify that the wire (light green) has been omitted:
check TVSS harness located at R/B # 2 connector IC1. Locate Pin # 14 (next to a Red/Blue wire). If no wire is present continue to step 2.

2) Contact Fujitsu Ten Corporation of America 1-800-237-5413 8:30 am to 5:00 pm P.S.T Monday - Friday

Ask for Toyota Technical Assistance. Inform them of your situation and a repair kit will be forwarded to you.

3) Follow installation procedures contained on the following pages.
