Now available the 1990 and 1991 Flat Rate Manual Celica Convertible Insert. This flat rate manual contains operation codes and labor times for submission of warranty claims for repairs unique to the 1990 and 1991 Celica Convertibles. The 1990 and 1991 Flat Rate Manuals should be used for all other repairs.
