Disassembly and Reassembly

COOLING UNIT DISASSEMBLY

1. Remove Upper And Lower Case
(a) Disconnect the A/C harness from the thermistor.





(b) Remove the thermistor connector from the upper case.
(c) Remove the 3 clips and the 4 tapping screws.
(d) Remove the upper and the lower case.
(e) Remove the blower resistor from the upper case.

2. Remove Thermistor From Evaporator

3. Remove Expansion Valve, Liquid And Suction Tube
Remove the 2 bolts from evaporator.

COOLING UNIT ASSEMBLY





1. Connect Expansion Valve, Liquid And Suction Tube To Evaporator
Tighten the bolts.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

2. Install Thermistor

3. Install Upper And Lower Case To Evaporator
(a) Install the blower resistor to upper case.
(b) Install the upper and lower case.
(c) Install the 3 clips and the 4 tapping screws.
(d) Install the thermistor connector to upper case.
(e) Connect the A/C harness to thermistor.
