Differential Lock Switch

DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SWITCH







INSPECT CONTINUITY OF DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SWITCH
a. Disconnect the differential lock switch connector.
b. Check continuity between terminal as shown in the chart.




INSPECT OPERATION OF DIFFERENTIAL LOCK SWITCH
a. Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 10 and connect the negative (-) lead from the battery to terminal 9.
b. Connect a 3-4 W test bulb between terminal 7 and negative lead.
c. Push the differential control switch, check that the bulb lights.
If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
