Removal and Installation



1. Raise and support vehicle and remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Disconnect brake hose from brake tube and caliper.
3. Remove two caliper slide pins and the caliper.
4. Remove pads, anti-squeal shim(s), pad support plate and pad wear indicator.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque caliper slide pins to 65 ft. lbs., the brake hose to 17 ft. lbs., and the brake tube to 11 ft. lbs., then bleed brakes.
