Front

Before checking front wheel alignment, check for proper tire inflation. Check ball joints, front suspension members, steering linkage and wheel bearings for looseness and correct as necessary, then measure wheel runout with a dial indicator. Wheel runout should not exceed .047 inch (1.2mm).

CASTER & CAMBER

Camber is not adjustable on these models. If camber is not within specifications, inspect front suspension components and replace as necessary. Caster is adjusted by adding or subtracting shims between strut bar and strut bar bracket. One shim will adjust alignment 1/2 degree. Do not add or subtract more than one or two shims. If caster cannot be adjusted to meet specifications, inspect front suspension components and replace as necessary.

TOE-IN

Adjust toe-in by turning adjusting sleeves equal amounts. Make certain that lengths of LH and RH tie rod ends are the same; tie rod end lengths must not differ by more than .039 inch (1.0mm).
