1. Raise and support rear of vehicle, then remove tire and wheel assembly.
2. Remove caliper attaching bolts, then the caliper, Figs. 1 and 2. Do not allow caliper to hang unsupported or damage to the brake hose may occur.
3. Remove pads and anti-squeal shim(s).
4. Remove anti-rattle springs, pad guide plates and support plate.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque caliper attaching bolts to 14 ft. lbs.
