1. Remove caliper as described under REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
2. Remove pads, anti-squeal shims, anti-rattle springs, support and pad guide plates.
3. Remove sliding bushing and boot, Fig. 12 and 13.
4. Remove main pin boot.
5. Remove caliper boot, set ring and piston seal from caliper.
6. Remove piston using compressed air. When using compressed air to remove piston, keep fingers clear of piston to avoid injury.
7. Lubricate main pin boot, sliding pin and boot, piston seal and boot and dust boot with suitable brake lubricant.
8. Install piston seal and piston in caliper.
9. Install cylinder boot and seat in caliper.
10. Using a 21mm socket, press in main pin boot, then install dust and sliding bushing.
11. Install caliper.
