Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair

FUEL PRESSURE RELEASE
- Disconnect battery negative terminal.

Disconnecting Fuel Delivery Tube From Fuel Rail:

- Slowly loosen the union bolt for the fuel delivery tube at the cold start injector.

- When fuel pressure is released, re-tighten union bolt.
Torque: 13 ft.lbs. (18 Nm)

- Wipe off any gasoline that may have escaped when the fuel pipe was disconnected and reconnect negative battery terminal.
