Intercooler: Testing and Inspection

1. Visually inspect the Intercooler for structural damage.
2. Disconnect the two air hose clamps, remove the four mounting bolts and remove the Intercooler from the front grill.

3. Using compressed air, blow through Intercooler air inlet and ensure that no restrictions exist.
4. If a problem is found and the Intercooler cannot be repaired, replace the Intercooler.
5. Reinstall the Intercooler in the engine compartment.
