Removal and Installation
1. Raise and support front of vehicle, then remove tire and wheel assembly.
2. Remove wheel bearing cotter pin and locknut cap, then while depressing brake pedal, loosen bearing locknut and remove.
3. Remove caliper, then lift off brake disc.
4. Remove tie rod end cotter pin and nut, then using a suitable puller, remove tie rod end.
5. Scribe alignment marks on camber adjust cam and shock absorber lower bracket for reference during assembly, then remove nuts and bolts securing shock absorber to steering knuckle.
6. Disconnect steering knuckle from shock absorber, then remove two bolts securing ball joint to steering knuckle and pull apart.
7. Pull axle hub from driveshaft.
8. Reverse procedure to install. Torque bearing locknut to specification.
