Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION (From July 2003)

CHECK ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR

Turn the ignition switch ON. Under CURRENT DATA, the voltage of the throttle position sensor should be within the standard value range below.

Standard: 0.6 to 1.0 V

If the result is not as specified, replace the accelerator pedal position sensor.
