System Inspection

INSPECTION

HINT: On the RH side, use the same procedure as on the LH side.

1. INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH







a. Inspect the seat heater switch LH continuity.
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.







b. Inspect the seat heater switch RH continuity.
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater switch.




2. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY LH




a. Inspect the seat back heater assembly LH continuity.
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater back assembly.

3. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH




4. INSPECT FRONT SEAT BACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH




a. Inspect the seat back heater assembly LH continuity.
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater cushion assembly.




b. Inspect the seat cushion thermostat continuity.
1. Disconnect the seat back heater from the seat cushion heater.
2. Heat up the thermostat with a beat light.




3. Inspect the seat cushion heater continuity between the terminals.
If the continuity is not as specified, replace the seat heater cushion heater assembly.

4. INSPECT FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH

5. INSPECT FRONT SEAT BACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH
