Rear Speaker Assy

REPLACEMENT

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH(TMC MADE)
3. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH(TMC MADE)
4. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH(TMMK MADE)
5. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH(TMMK MADE)
6. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH
8. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH(W/O CURTAIN SHIELD AIR BAG)
9. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH(W/O CURTAIN SHIELD AIR BAG)
10. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER RH(W/ CURTAIN SHIELD AIR BAG)
11. REMOVE ROOF SIDE GARNISH INNER LH(W/ CURTAIN SHIELD AIR BAG)
12. REMOVE ROOM PARTITION BOARD ASSEMBLY(TMMK MADE)
13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER RH

14. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY(TMC MADE)
a. Pull the package tray trim panel assembly upward to disengage 4 clips.
b. Put the bezel and anchor part of the seat belt through the slit part.
c. Pull it as shown in the illustration to disengage 5 claws.




d. Disconnect the connector and remove the package tray trim panel assembly.

15. REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY(TMMK MADE)
16. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER(TMC MADE)
17. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH(TMC MADE)
18. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH(TMC MADE)
19. REMOVE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER(TMMK MADE)
20. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH(TMMK MADE)
21. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH(TMMK MADE)




22. REMOVE ROOM PARTITION BOARD LH(TMC MADE)
a. Disengage 4 clips and remove the room partition board LH.




23. REMOVE ROOM PARTITION BOARD RH(TMC MADE)
a. Disengage 4 clips and remove the room partition board RH.




24. REMOVE REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 4 screws and rear speaker assembly.




25. INSTALL REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear speaker assembly with the 4 screws.

NOTE: Install them in the order shown in the illustration.

b. Connect the connector.

26. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH(TMC MADE)
27. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER(TMC MADE)
28. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH(TMC MADE)
29. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH(TMMK MADE)
30. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY OUTER(TMMK MADE)
31. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER W/CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH(TMMK MADE)
32. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH(TMC MADE)
33. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH(TMC MADE)
34. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH(TMMK MADE)
35. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH(TMMK MADE)
36. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY RH
37. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY LH
