Cylinder Head





Torque: 29.4 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.) Initial +90 +90

Main Bearing Cap
Torque:
1ST 22 Nm (220 kgf-cm, 16 ft. lbs.)
2ND Turn 90°

Rod Bearing Cap Bolts
Torque:
1ST 15 Nm (150 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)
2ND Turn 90°

Flywheel





Torque: 49 Nm (500 kgf-cm, 36 ft. lbs.)
b) Mark the flywheel bolt with paint.
c) Retighten the flywheel bolts by an additional 90°.
d) Check that the painted mark in now at a 90° angle to (b).

Oil Pump
Torque:
Bolt 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 inch lbs.)
Screw 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft. lbs.)

Crankshaft pulley
Torque: 128 Nm (1,300 kgf-cm, 94 ft. lbs.)

Intake Manifold
Torque: 30 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.)

Exhaust Manifold
Torque: 27 Nm (275 kgf-cm, 20 ft. lbs.)

Camshaft Bearing Cap Torque
No. 1 camshaft bearing cap x Cylinder head 23 Nm (235 kgf-cm, 17 ft. lbs.)
No. 2 camshaft bearing cap x Cylinder head 12.7 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 10 ft. lbs.)

Pump pulley x Water pump
Torque: 15 Nm (150 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.)
