Headlamp: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
2. REMOVE TOOL BOX NO.2
3. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM BOX COVER
4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT




a. Remove the 2 bolts and nut.
B. Disconnect the connectors, then remove the headlight as shown in the illustration.
c. Employ the same manner described above to the other side.






HINT: At the time of installation, if the shown part, in the illustration, of the headlight is damaged, the headlight can be reinstalled to the body by installing a headlamp protector retainers to it.




- If the shown part of the headlight is the damaged, cut off at the base of the housing.




- Install the headlamp protector retainers used repair with the screws to the boss of the housing.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal procedure.
