INTRODUCTION:
Some customers with 2004 to 2008 model year Prius vehicles may experience a M.I.L. "ON" condition with DTC P0AA6 or P3009 with information codes 526 and 613. The transaxle assembly has been improved to prevent this condition.

NOTE:
This TSB applies ONLY if BOTH information codes 526 and 613 are present.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Remove and replace the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly. Refer to ETAS:
