DESCRIPTION

Connecting terminals TC and CG of the DLC3 causes the ECU to display the DTC by flashing the ABS warning light.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DLC3 - SKID CONTROL ECU)
(a) Turn the ignition switch to the LOCK position.





(b) Disconnect the skid control ECU connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CG of DLC3 - BODY GROUND)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TC of SKID CONTROL ECU - BODY GROUND)





(a) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE WIRE HARNESS OR EACH ECU
OK -- REPLACE BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
