Disassembly

AIR CONDITIONING: AIR CONDITIONING PANEL (for Automatic Air Conditioning System):

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Remove the 5 screws.

(b) Disengage the 6 claws and remove the heater control housing sub-assembly.
2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL BASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Disengage the 4 claws.

(b) Disconnect the connector and remove the heater control base sub-assembly.
3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL KNOB

(a) Remove the heater control knob.
4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

NOTE: When disassembling the air conditioning amplifier assembly, eliminate static electricity by touching the vehicle body to prevent the components from being damaged.

(a) Disengage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration and remove the cover plate.

(b) Remove the 2 screws.
