REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
- The airbag sensor rear LH is mounted in the coupe model only.

1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

HINT: (Removal)

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

HINT: (Removal) coupe, (Removal) convertible

4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

HINT: (Removal) coupe, (Removal) convertible

5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

HINT: (Removal) coupe, (Removal) convertible

6. REMOVE QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY FRONT LH

HINT: (Removal) coupe, (Removal) convertible

7. REMOVE REAR AIRBAG SENSOR LH





(a) Disconnect the connector from the rear airbag sensor LH.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and the rear airbag sensor LH.
