SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM: SIDE AIRBAG SENSOR:

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

1. DISCONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR LOWER FRAME BRACKET GARNISH LH

HINT: (Disassembly)

3. REMOVE FRONT DOOR INSIDE HANDLE BEZEL PLUG LH

HINT: (Disassembly)

4. REMOVE FRONT ARMREST BASE PANEL UPPER LH

HINT: (Disassembly)

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

HINT: (Disassembly)

6. REMOVE SIDE AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Disconnect the connector from the side airbag sensor assembly LH.
(b) Remove the 2 nuts and the side airbag sensor assembly LH.
