TERMINALS OF ECU

1. COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the D1 combination meter assembly connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance of the wire harness side connector.

Standard:

HINT: If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

(c) Disconnect the D76 combination meter assembly connector.
(d) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.

Standard voltage:

HINT: If the result is not as specified, the combination meter assembly may be malfunctioning

*2: for Canada only
*3: Vehicles with Daytime running lights
*4: Vehicles without Daytime running lights
*5: Vehicles with Front fog lights
*6: Vehicles with Washer level warning lights
*7: Vehicles with Tire Pressure Warning System

(1) Waveform 1: Using an oscilloscope

(2) Waveform 2: Using an oscilloscope

HINT: As the vehicle speed increases, the cycle of the signal waveform narrows.
