- Perform RESET MEMORY (AT initialization) when replacing the automatic transmission assembly, engine assembly or ECM Programming and Relearning.
- Perform REGISTRATION (VIN registration) when replacing the ECM Programming and Relearning.
HINT: Initialization cannot be completed by removing the battery.
