INTRODUCTION:
Some vehicles may demonstrate one or more of the following intermittent radio condition(s):
- scrambled, unreadable or blank display
- no volume control
- or turning ON/OFF by itself.
An improved radio has been developed to correct this condition.

Radio MUST be obtained from the exchange program to qualify for warranty coverage.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Order a replacement radio through the applicable radio exchange program per the Toyota Warranty Policy and Procedures: Policy 11.1 "Entertainment/Navigation Systems Program".
2. Remove the original radio, Refer to the Repair Manual within E-TAS / TIS library:

3. Install the updated radio, Refer to the Repair Manual within E-TAS / TIS library:
