BRAKE: BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS





(a) Temporarily install the brake master cylinder push rod clevis with the lock nut.
HINT: After checking and adjusting the brake pedal height, tighten the lock nut firmly.

2. INSTALL MASTER CYLINDER RESERVOIR GROMMET





(a) Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new master cylinder reservoir grommets.
(b) Install the master cylinder union and 2 master cylinder reservoir grommets to the brake master cylinder with the screw.
Torque: 1.8 Nm (18 kgf-cm, 16in-lbf)
