2AZ-FXE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY: ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY
(a) Put the engine in inspection mode Component Tests and General Diagnostics.
(b) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(c) Turn the power switch ON (IG).
(d) Turn the tester on.
(e) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Active Test.
(f) Perform the Active Test by referring to the below.
