P311 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: FRAME WIRE: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRAME WIRE
(a) Install the frame wire with 3 new clips.

(b) Pass the frame wire to the cabin and install the bolt, clamp and grommet.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)

(c) Install the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
Bolt - Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)
Bolt - Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)

(d) Install the 3 nuts.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)

(e) Install the 2 nuts.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)
(f) Connect the 3 clamps.

(g) Connect the 2 clamps.

(h) Connect the 3 clamps.
(i) Engage the claw, and connect the frame wire (AMD cable) with the nut.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)
(j) Connect the frame wire (auxiliary battery positive cable).
2. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

(a) Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the nut and a new clamp.
Torque: 8.4 Nm (85 kgf-cm, 74in-lbf)
3. CONNECT HV BATTERY

(a) Connect the connector (cabin side).
CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

(b) Connect the frame wire (AMD cable) with the nut.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80in-lbf)
CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

(d) Connect the frame wire (high voltage cable) with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80in-lbf)
CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.

(e) Install the battery shield contact.
CAUTION: Wear insulated gloves.
NOTICE: Be sure to install the battery shield contact in the correct direction.

9. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY Installation
10. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
12. INSTALL FUEL TANK ASSEMBLY Installation
13. INSTALL ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE Installation
