P311 HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL: SUB RADIATOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the radiator assembly with 2 bolts A.
Torque: 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44in-lbf)
(b) Install the radiator assembly with 4 bolts B.
Torque: 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80in-lbf)





(c) Connect the 2 water hoses with the 2 clips.
2. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER Installation
3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY Installation
4. ADD COOLANT (for Inverter) Service and Repair
5. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Inverter) Testing and Inspection
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER Reassembly
7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY Installation
