2AZ-FXE EMISSION CONTROL: CANISTER: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the charcoal canister bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48in-lbf)





(b) Install the charcoal canister with the bolt and clip.
Torque: 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29ft-lbf)





(c) Install the charcoal canister bracket with the 3 bolts.
Body side - Torque: 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29ft-lbf)
Body side - Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48in-lbf)
(d) Connect the purge line hose.
(e) Connect the wire harness clamp.





(f) Connect the vapor pressure sensor connector.
(g) Connect the charcoal canister filter sub-assembly.
