Reassembly Procedure

1. Apply rust preventive coatings to repaired areas.

Using coatings such as TPX Spot Prime and T306 Solvent.

A. Spray onto top of welds.





B. Apply to underbody through indicated subframe access hole.

2. Reapply sound dampening material such as Damp Coat AD41O to areas where material was removed previously.

3. Repaint repaired areas.

NOTE
Allow 24 hours for materials to cure, before additional reassembly.

4. Reassemble vehicle in reverse order of disassembly steps 1-23.
