INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)





(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door sub-assembly.
2. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Lower Console Box)





(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door sub-assembly.
3. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION





(a) Remove the 2 console compartment door cushions from the console compartment door.
4. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)





(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door lock sub-assembly.
5. REMOVE CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)





(a) Remove the 2 screws and the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly.
6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the instrument panel cup holder sub-assembly.
7. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)





(a) Disengage the 10 claws and remove the console rear end panel.
8. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)





(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 1 console box hole cover.
9. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)





(a) Remove the 2 screws.
(b) Disengage the 2 claws and guide, and remove the No. 2 console box hole cover.
10. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX SILENCER PAD (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)





(a) Remove the No. 1 console box silencer pad.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

11. REMOVE NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX SILENCER PAD (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)





(a) Remove the No. 2 console box silencer pad.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

12. REMOVE CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY Removal
13. REMOVE CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER





(a) Disengage the 2 claws and remove the center power outlet socket cover.
