1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK)
(a) Disconnect the 2A, 2B, 2E, 2F, 2G and 2H junction block connectors.
(b) Disconnect the E61 and E50 ECU connector.
(c) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- *1: w/ Smart Key System
- *2: w/o Smart Key System
- *3: for NUMMI, TMMC made
- *4: for TMC made
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(d) Reconnect the ECU and junction block connectors.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
- *1: w/ Smart Key System
- *2: w/o Smart Key System
- *3: for NUMMI, TMMC made
- *4: for TMC made
If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (instrument panel junction block) may have a malfunction.
