Interior Lighting System








LIGHTING (INT): LIGHTING SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (w/o Smart Key System)
(a) Disconnect the 2B, 2E, 2F, and 2G instrument junction block connectors.









(b) Measure the voltage and resistance between the wire harness side connectors and body ground.
Standard Voltage:






Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
HINT:
- *1: for TMC Made
- *2: for NUMMI, TMMC Made

(c) Reconnect the 2B, 2E, 2F and 2G instrument panel junction block connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:





If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (Instrument panel junction block) may have a malfunction.
HINT:
- *1: for TMC Made
- *2: for NUMMI, TMMC Made

2. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (w/ Smart Key System)
(a) Disconnect the 2B, 2E, 2F, and 2G instrument junction block connectors.









(b) Measure the voltage and resistance between the wire harness side connectors and body ground.
Standard Voltage:






Standard Resistance:





If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
(c) Reconnect the 2B, 2E, 2F, 2G and E51 instrument panel junction block connectors.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage:





If the result is not as specified, the main body ECU (Instrument panel junction block assembly) may have a malfunction.
