EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR





(a) Remove the 2 radiator grille protectors.
2. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for 2AZ-FE)





(a) Remove the 4 screws, 4 clips and engine under cover.
3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the clip.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

(b) Using a screwdriver, turn the pin 90 degrees and remove the pin hold clip.
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.





(c) Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.
(d) Remove the 2 screws and 3 clips.





(e) Remove the 4 screws.





(f) Remove the 2 clips.





(g) Disengage the 6 claws and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
(h) Disconnect the fog light connector. (w/ Fog Light)
