EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Removal
2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

3. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Remove the 2 clips.





(b) Remove the 7 retainers.





(c) Disengage the 7 guides and 2 clips to remove the front spoiler cover LH.
4. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

5. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER NO. 2 COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Remove the 4 retainers.
(b) for 2ZR-FE:




(1) Remove the 2 clips and 2 screws.
(c) for 2AZ-FE:




(1) Remove the 2 clips.





(d) Disengage the 4 guides to remove the front spoiler No. 2 cover.
6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Front Spoiler)





(a) Remove the clip.





(b) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.
7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Front Spoiler)





(a) Disengage the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.
9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Front Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

10. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket)





(a) Remove the 2 screws and front license plate mounting bracket.
11. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE





(a) Disengage the 13 claws to remove the lower radiator grille.
12. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE





(a) Disengage the 7 claws to remove the radiator grille.
13. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE NAME PLATE (w/ Radiator Grille Emblem)





(a) Disengage the 3 claws to remove the radiator grille name plate.
14. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER
15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Front Spoiler)
(a) for 2ZR-FE:
(1) Remove the 6 grommets.
(b) for 2AZ-FE:
(1) Remove the 8 grommets.
16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Front Spoiler)
(a) Remove the 8 grommets.
17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





(a) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the front bumper energy absorber.
18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Using a clip remover, disengage the 2 clamps and separate the wire harness.





(b) Remove the 4 nuts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET LH
20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET RH
21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH





(a) Remove the screw and bolt.
(b) Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side support LH.
22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
