EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: REAR BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR LOWER SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Lower Spoiler)





(a) Remove the 5 clips.
(b) Remove the 9 retainers.





(c) Disengage the 2 clips and 9 guides, and remove the rear lower spoiler sub-assembly.
2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Lower Spoiler)





(a) Remove the clip.





(b) Remove the 4 retainers.
(c) Disengage the 4 guides and remove the rear bumper spoiler sub-assembly LH.
3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SPOILER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Lower Spoiler)
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

4. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the guide and remove the reflex reflector assembly LH.
5. REMOVE REFLEX REFLECTOR ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER
7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER





(a) Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear bumper energy absorber.
8. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR CENTER REINFORCEMENT
(a) Remove the the rear bumper bar center reinforcement from the rear bumper energy absorber.
9. REMOVE REAR BUMPER REINFORCEMENT





(a) Remove the 4 nuts and rear bumper reinforcement.
10. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM LH





(a) Remove the 3 bolts and rear bumper arm LH.
11. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

12. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH





(a) Remove the 3 screws.
(b) Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the rear bumper side support LH.
13. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

14. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH





(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear bumper side retainer LH.
15. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
