Removal








CLUTCH: CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER: REMOVAL

REMOVAL

1. REMOVE BRAKE BOOSTER ASSEMBLY Removal.
2. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE
(a) Loosen the clamp and disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch master cylinder assembly.
HINT: Use a container to collect the fluid.
NOTE: Wash off clutch fluid immediately if it comes in contact with any painted surface.





3. DISCONNECT CLUTCH LINE
(a) Using a union nut wrench (10 mm), disconnect the clutch line.
HINT: Use a container to collect the fluid.

4. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the clip and hole pin to remove the clevis from the clutch pedal sub-assembly.





(b) Remove the 2 nuts and clutch master cylinder.
(c) Remove the clutch master cylinder bracket.
