DTC B2795 - Unmatched Key Code

DESCRIPTION

This DTC is output when a key with a key code that has not been registered in the ECU is inserted into the key slot.






INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. REREGISTER KEY
(a) Delete the DTC Engine Immobiliser System (w/o Smart Key System).
(b) Reregister the key (which caused this DTC to be output) with the transponder key ECU Engine Immobiliser System (W/O Smart Key System).
(c) Insert the same key into the key slot.
(d) Check that the power switch can be turned ON (ACC and IG) and the hybrid control system can be started.
OK:
Power switch can be turned (ACC and IG) and hybrid control system can be started.
NG -- REPLACE KEY
OK -- END
