1. INSPECT BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH
(a) Measure the resistance of the switch
Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the switch.
2. INSPECT BACK DOOR LOCK





(a) Apply battery voltage to the door lock and check operation the latch.
Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the motor.





(b) Measure the resistance of the switch.
Standard resistance:





If the result is not as specified, replace the door lock assembly.
