Submersion

Submersion
To safely handle a Prius that is fully or partially submerged in water, disable the high voltage electrical system and SRS airbags.

- Remove vehicle from the water.
- Drain water from the vehicle if possible.
- Follow the extrication and vehicle disabling procedure.
