INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT ODO / TRIP SWITCH




(a) Remove the ODO / TRIP switch.
(b) Measure the resistance of the switch.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPLACE ODO / TRIP SWITCH
OK -- Continue to next step.

2. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (SWITCH - METER)




(a) Disconnect the H11 switch connector.
(b) Disconnect the C10 meter connector.
(c) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS AND CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE COMBINATION METER
